They expertly manage our global customer service and logistics and the interface with production at our China foundry and partner factories. They tightly control the end-to-end project management, from receiving the orders, converting to factory production schedules, coordinate and confirm quality inspections and arrange the supply chain of local transport, shipping and ensure visibility of logistics right through to door-to-door delivery.
They also manage all administration, finance, accounts and answer customer queries.
